British superstar Adele is set to make a rare live appearance in the United States later this year with a three-month Las Vegas residency.

The singer, who was crowned the world’s highest paid entertainer in 2017 , confirmed the news via her social media accounts.

According to a press release, the residency will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena at the end of the year and begin with a performance in early December. A full list of shows and when they will be announced will be released on June 1.

The residency will kick off in November with a set of just 20 shows. A few performances may be added later in the year.

Another residency is also planned for the famed Hyde Park venue in London, where Adele will return on July 15, 2018. Fans will be able to buy tickets through www.laneworldshows.com on Monday April 16.

In 2016, Adele made history with her three-year, 26-show residency in London’s O2 Arena, becoming the first person to make history three times at a single venue.

Later that year she held the record as the highest-grossing act in British history after selling more than 6.6 million tickets for 44 shows at O2 Arena.

Adele hasn’t performed in the U.S. since 2015, and is only scheduled to perform in America for a handful of dates in the near future, most recently at the Super Bowl Halftime Show in February

To promote her new studio album “25,” which was released last November, Adele performed a free concert in Los Angeles in February 2017.
